The roof needed a full replacement, including all new plywood since the existing wood was completely worn out, and everything was handled thoroughly and professionally. He also rebuilt our deck from the ground up using Trex decking because the base of the previous wood deck had rotted out. The transformation is incredible. It looks absolutely beautiful and feels solid and well-built. The team was professional, hardworking, and paid attention to detail throughout the entire project. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Luis performed multiple projects including patching and painting damaged drywall, painting base of outdoor deck, placing saddles in a number of doorways, repairing damaged concrete floor and installing wood flooring, and adjusting the closing mechanism on a glass door by adjusting the hinges. His workmanship was excellent and he was very knowledgeable about all the details needed to accomplish a good result. I will be hiring him for all future house projects. I highly recommend him."

"Segelman Shaw did a fantastic job in doing the work, and handling the insurance claim. After the work was done, there was no trace of trash or debris left behind. Segelman Shaw even sent around a foreman after the work was completed to make sure that all things were done correctly and button up any loose ends. In searching for a mason, Milestone Restoration became the top choice after reading Mik has an engineering background and masonry experience with Brownstones. When Mik came to look at the re-pointing / painting project of the entire 4 story exterior back wall, he knew exactly what needed to be done and the correct mortar for the old bricks. Mik is smart, professional but more importantly responsive whenever I contacted him. I was very happy with the outcome of the 1st project. So much so that I called Mik again to retain Milestone Restoration for two more different masonry projects with the house."

"We had our siding replaced last week and I have to say Chris & the team were AMAZING. they all worked so well together and our siding was completed in literally 3 days. That's including removing a chimney and repairing the roof where it was! They cleaned up after every day, leaving no mess or nails laying around which I really appreciated and my siding looks so beautiful. "They installed a metal roof on both my barn and my house. It looks absolutely awesome. I had a great experience from beginning to end and this was during COVID. Dave came out and gave us an estimate within 2 days, he followed up with us like a professional and went over the quote line by line. Ronaldo and his crew are absolutely professional and work extremely hard, show up early and work all day. They have complete attention to detail in their work. They went above and beyond replacing rotted siding as well. My other quotes and other jobs I've hired out, I legitimately had to chase down the contractors. These guys I never had to do that. That being said, I highly recommend them."
