I contracted ZK Stone Restoration to re-grout, caulk and seal my stone tile floor in the main bathroom. In the process, he had to correct a very substandard job done by a previous worker. Z came on time and fully equipped with the tools of the trade. He was extremely polite and professional. He also explained again exactly how he would proceed with the project. The work area was kept neat and clean at all times. Z would pause on occasion to show me the progress of the work to be sure I was satisfied each step of the way. When he finished, he thoroughly cleaned the area and explained to me how to care for the floor in the future. "Bella custom cleaning came to our home where a ceramic tile floor of about 440sqfeet needed cleaning and sealing. They arrived early and we looked at the floor together. We were told that some of the areas would not come clean as new due to how long it had been since the floor had been laid down(about 30 yrs) We understood this issue. The guys worked hard and when the floor had been cleaned and sealed it looked very clean almost like new. We were very pleased. Their work exceeded our expectations.
