With over 74 years of experience, MKD is a second-generation family-owned and operated business that specializes in offering a range of remodeling services, including new cabinetry, countertops, cabinet refacing, outdoor kitchens, and installation services.
"We had new countertops and a sink installed in April 2024 through Costco, with MKD handling the installation. We paid over $6,500 for the job. Just 14 months later, we walked into our kitchen to find the sink had completely fallen?due to failed adhesive and the fact that MKD never used the mounting clips that came with the sink. I contacted MKD and sent photos as requested. Days went by with no response. When I followed up, they admitted they had ?overlooked? the photos and promised to call back that afternoon. They never did. After another follow-up, they informed me the installation was only covered under a one-year warranty and that I would need to pay a $500 service fee just to have the sink reattached. Our sink is now literally being held up by 2x4s. This issue could have been avoided with proper installation and could easily be resolved with a quick visit but MKD refuses to take responsibility. Mike is the guy who did all the work and Doug won't give me Mikes last name or number so I can hire him."

"Paid for gutters and gutter guards on the entire house. Gutters started overflowing and I had to get up on my 2 story roof to check it out. Sure enough there were no guards on about 60 feet of gutter. I called and texted, and he actually called me back and said he would be over by end of the week to finish the job. It has been 3 weeks now. Make sure you check their work before you pay them!! I will take this down if he comes and finishes what I paid him for."

"Paid for gutters and gutter guards on the entire house. Gutters started overflowing and I had to get up on my 2 story roof to check it out. Sure enough there were no guards on about 60 feet of gutter. I called and texted, and he actually called me back and said he would be over by end of the week to finish the job. It has been 3 weeks now. Make sure you check their work before you pay them!! I will take this down if he comes and finishes what I paid him for."
