"It went extremely well.  The work was started and completed on schedule.  It was done professionally and with care.  Proprietors, Zack and Bri were very pleasant to work with.  Its nice working and communicating directly with the owners.  Matt and his crew did a great job.  It was obvious they were skilled and had a methodical system for doing the work efficiently.  

There was one minor issue after the job was complete (things happen).  Zack came out to make sure the problem was corrected at his expense.  We were very pleased.

I would not hesitate to have them do work for us again.  I would highly recommend Sundown Exteriors to my friends, and anyone who needs a new roof.  (The metal roof looks GREAT and we feel is worth the extra cost.)

"Timeline was delayed a little as this work involved an insurance claim. But Chris Sabin of WateROOFessional was there all the way and helped coordinate. The roof was completed last week. Looks great. 2 story house with a couple hard to access spots and a detached garage. Used proper materials in different areas. Repaired/replaced things as necessary and appropriate including 2 remote controlled skylights. Even painted the vent stacks. All in all, good quality and workmanship. I met with a few different roofing contractors and when I met Mark, I felt comfortable with having him and his team do the job. He offered great ideas and helped us decide on the new shingle color and style, and was always available to answer questions. His team was polite and of course really skilled, you could tell that they could do this stuff with their eyes closed haha. Our roof was I thought a big challenge because it was so steep and very unique but these guys weren't afraid of anything! Highly recommended and would definitely do business with again. The work was started very quickly after I signed the agreement. Their crew was very nice and professional. They completed the work in one day and that included resheeting my entire house and removing multiple layers of shingles on the house and garage! The roof looks fantastic. They thought of everything - overhang capping, painted stacks. They put in a better ridge cap vent. Great warranty. Everything is better and the price was fantastic.
