"Great people and do great work at a fair price. Thanks Matt and crew on installing our New, package unit."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"Overall, we were very satisfied with the knowledge and quality of work that Covenant LLC provided. We had Covenant LLC install a radon mitigation system for our basement. Initially my husband and I met with David for the estimate and consultation. David spent the time to explain how radon can get into the basement, what the system would look like, and how he was going to make sure it was working. After meeting with David at Covenant, we met with a competitor who were definitely not as knowledgeable, were not going to seal any of the cracks or holes in the foundation or even follow industry standard by venting through the roof of the house. The day of install the crew was personable and professional and if they had any questions, they asked. The 3" pipe that Covenant had to install to run through a closet and into the attic. In order to do this, they had to drill through the porcelain title floors and run through 3 shelves. They spent extra time to jig-saw cut the shelves around the pipes and they took special care not to crack any of the porcelain tiles and when finished it looked like it was built with the house. After completion, Covenant came back and tested the radon levels which were reduced to below their guarantee, which itself is orders of magnitude below the EPA limit. We were probably not the easiest clients to work with as we had Covenant move the roof penetration several times until the noise was completely unnoticeable. David was always polite and professional and he wouldn't be satisfied with the job until we were satisfied. We highly recommend Covenant Air to anyone who is considering these services."

"The tech was really nice and did a good. They were suppose to install a carbon monoxide detector but have to wait to see how many they needed to order. They have not returned as of today. Left area clean."

"Hanes did an amazing job installing our new system he was very punctual on the diagnosis (even though it was late in the evening) and the install of the new furnace went smoothly quickly and efficiently the installers were very kind and informative I can?t recommend them enough"

"GREAT! had no idea what i was doing and the task at hand was way out of my realm. Casey went and explained what i needed, and why i needed it. Picked up the new part, gave him a call and he installed shortly after that. He was highly recommend to me and will most definitely will be giving him a call again! Great service, fast and honest."

"Got a call right after I got off HomeAdvisor 9pm Thursday. Gas heat was out (circulating fan motor was dead). Arranged to come out the next day. Quickly diagnosed the problem (fan motor). Motor was not available, but arranged to have it expedited shipped in. Installed Saturday (before the Sunday cold snap). Also got him to replace the old mercury thermostat with digital. Got him to clean and service the unit. Great work. Great guy. Reasonable price. Would definitely recommend him to anyone. Would definitely call him again."
