He replaced the water heater, changed the lines, put a pan and drain in, (I had been missing one), took the old one away and cleaned up the area. I was expecting to get fleeced because of the emergent situation late on Christmas Eve and was ready for an attempt to up-sell me on a bunch of extras. None of that happened. He was professional, prompt, and no up-sell. Just fixed what I needed for a fair price. The new water heater works much better than the old one did and I am very, very happy that they were there, available and so nice when it counted.
