"Tridel Construction was wonderful from start to finish. We had flooring replaced throughout our house, painting done throughout the house, had the cabinets refinished in the bathrooms, had toilets and a sink replaced as well as a countertop in the bathrooms, and remodeled the kitchen. Tridel contacted us and met with us very quickly to get the ball rolling on our projects. We first met with Andy Zhukov who went over all the projects we wanted to do and met with us to select some materials. It was a pleasure meeting with Andy and he was always available to answer our questions or send a new cost breakdown when we changed our minds on things. We then met with Arsen Sayyants to sign the contract and begin work on our house. Arsen and his team are amazing! He always took the time to answer our questions, he would check on the work being done, and he made sure that we stayed within our budget if changes were made. He also made some awesome suggestions for our kitchen and bathroom projects. We took his advice and they turned out more spectacular than we had imagined! Our neighbors have projects they'd like done as well and we have recommended Arsen and Tridel Construction to them too. We will definitely be contacting Arsen and using Tridel Construction again for future projects!"

Tim came to our house, assessed the job and quickly replaced the toilet. He also changed out lighting pictures, touched up or walls and fixed the floor in our guest bath (on prior visits and at additional costs). He is professional and solution oriented and we love him!

"The patio roof had rotted in several places due to water buildup. The prior owner apparently put up the roof himself and it was not level. They removed corrugated steel and rotten plywood and facia board, and installed new materials along with a larger drip edge and seal to stop water from backing up. It was then painted and quite close to the original color. Lawrence and Brandon did a great job, they were neat, picked up, and there was not a single nail or screw left on the ground. I have since had this contractor back to do minor repairs outside and would definitely recommend them."

"Lorne and Jorge are absolutely incredible! TLC is such a perfect name for this company as they put such love and care into this project! This was a gift to my parents and they did everything they could to make sure costs were kept low. Very upfront, great with communication, and never aimed to take advantage of someone who isn’t familiar with construction/remodeling. They finished the whole project in less than two days and it looks incredible! I will definitely be hiring them again for any remodeling needs and highly, highly recommend! Cannot say enough wonderful things about them- they are just fantastic!"
