Most recently, we experienced a loss of AC function and were met with prompt assistance. Burt’s professionalism was beyond reproach, quickly diagnosing the failed capacitor and fan motor, which he was able to change the capacitor on-site and submitted a parts warranty replacement order for the fan motor. Within two days Burt contacted me to inform that the new fan motor was “in his hands and will be installed ASAP” provided that I approve for him to enter the property in the case where I was unable to make it home. Burt stood by his word and by the time I arrived home that evening he was finishing up the installation.
