"I hired Kinetico to install a full house reverse osmosis system. I bought a house in Lehigh Acres that a master plumber said "this is the worst smelling sulphur water I have seen in over ten years" about. After installation the rotten egg/sulphur smell has been completely removed. Everyone from the installer, to Rick the salesmen and Marcus the customer experience manager has been fantastic. "They did a great job in getting here 3 times, very quickly each time, upon my contacting them. I initially used their $39.00 annual tune up deal offered thru Angie's List. David was very nice and informative. He identified the 2 possible problems that could have caused the unit to not perform. He sat the unit up with a new digital display unit after eliminating the internal motor's mal-functioning. The unit ran OK for a few days before I noticed that the water was collecting in the salt container. They sent a tech here quickly to find out what was wrong. The tech reworked the pipes in order to find out what exactly wasn't working properly. On the third call, David knew exactly what the 2nd culprit was and fixed it quickly. It was a blockage in the piping inside the salt container caused by a copper piping that had been used by the installer of the unit at the new address. This copper piping should have never been used by the installer. The installer was someone my realtor had recommended who wasn't licensed and both the realtor and the installer had lied to me and now they are being pursued by law enforcement. The fact that Ecowater and David are able to get here and rectify the problems quickly has allowed me to fix the water filteration system quickly and be able to include their reports in my evidence against the unlicensed plumber who posed as a licensed plumber and caused my damage to various areas of the house I bought from the realtor. I would recommend Ecowater Systems to everyone. They are quick and reliable and fair.

"We dealt directly with Steve. He 100% knows what he's doing. The city hires him for all kinds of things. We checked out quite a few competitors for water softener prices. Really no comparison. We ended up buying a water softener on Craig's List and then purchased the whole house filtration. Steve exceeded our expectations on the installation. YES I would use him again. "The serviceman came to the house on time and was very polite. He asked me what needed fixing and got right to work. The sink in the bathroom took about an hour to clear and the placement of the new sink in the kitchen took about an hour and a half. They charge $95 per hour. They did charge me extra for parts but they were parts that I needed. There was also a trip charge added. The serviceman was vey professional and explained all the charges on the bill see the charges were clear. If anything I would say that I should have checked that both the sink and bathtub was draining correctly before he left because that same evening I noticed that my tub was backing up and not draining, but it was just fine the day before. I'm pretty sure the two issues are connected. Overall, the experience was good I would probably recommend them again.

"The service provider was pleasant, professional and very responsive.  It's always a nightmare to experience a natural disaster but Drimax was sympathetic and managed to calm me down.  The response time was very good considering the fire took place 2 days before Christmas and he did get some crews out there on Christmas Eve.  They mainly put dehumidifiers the first two days (keep in mind it was Christmas Eve).  This didn't entirely make sense to me to have dehumidifiers running while the wet insulation was still there, but I have seen emergency restoration crews do this before so it must be protocal.  In short, I am grateful to the gentleman who gave up his Christmas Eve to help me out.  This is the best restoration crew I have used (sadly I have used 3 over the years).
