"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

"Great - Lance from Rocket arrived at the time promised and provided a detailed review and estimate. I felt that both were complete and fair. I signed to have my Door Opener to be replaced with a Chamberlain Model BT4505. The work was completed within a couple hours. Lance did a great job - both with the installation and the cleanup. He was professional and focused. I believe I made a great choice both with the door opener and Rocket Garage. Kudos to Lance and I will be recommending Rocket to my friends and neighbors."

"Signed contract with partner/employee for fence second week in November. Was quoted a week. Around mid December it wasn’t done bc he said it was more complicated than he thought. I asked for another quote to do some general handyman work around the property and contracted directly with the employee to complete. I gave a $1500 deposit for materials and assumed he would start when the fence was done. He complained about losing money on the job. He said his credit was bad so he couldn’t rent the paint sprayer. Out of kindness I went to Home Depot and rented it in my name and paid for it even though it was part of the contract. He took about two weeks off for the holidays. I started to pester him to finish. Multiple times via text he said he would come to finish. I started to ask for the materials or a refund for my handyman contract. He also promised multiple times via text he would make it right. He dropped off a piece of wood for a shelf and promised a partial refund by today. It’s 8:13 pm. He never called or made an attempt to reach out. So they take the money, slow walk the job or don’t finish. Called Randy the owner and he acted surprised but no offer to help."
