"I had just purchased the house last fall and this week YEARS of buildup in the kitchen sink came to a head. Daniel from Boden plumbing came out. He arrived just after the service window (2:05 for a 2pm to 4pm service window). He was very cool, friendly, polite and made quick work of the drain.

Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. He's a super nice guy who keeps his promises: He had a crew ready to begin immediately--and all of these chaps were The Best. "The technician was friendly. He was also prompt and on time. It's hard to say how effective the cleaning was as there was no way to see into the ducts. I think it would be nice to hire someone with a fibre-optic scope to see exactly what you're getting for your money. Otherwise, my only real complaint is that his portable vacuum unit left multiple scuff marks on my hardwood floors. I think they'll likely scrub off but that's just not acceptable."

"It was a big mistake to pre-pay for any service. The “professional” did not have much intention to clean anything. He peeked in, said “they’re fine” and told me to vacuum the dust out of the floor vents. He did sweep some dust out of my dryer vent when I urged him to, but then made an inappropriate comment about some laundry hanging up to dry nearby. I’m pretty sure he did intend to upsell me on a newer furnace or different ducts, but as a renter I don’t have authority to make those decisions."

"3 days before an impending cold front, my furnace just stopped working on a Sunday!  I called Supreme and the technician was available to come out later that day.  Every other company I called didn't even answer the phone, even those that claimed to have weekend hours.  He arrived at the time he estimated (even a little early) and was very friendly and professional.  He did not find an obvious problem but after thoroughly evaluating the unit and adjusting some wires, the heat began to flow.  He waited for some time to ensure it was indeed working and took pictures of the inside of my unit so that if it stopped working, he would be prepared to come back with specific replacement parts that might be needed.  
I was very impressed and would definitely call Supreme again
