My call was answered immediately, and professionally, and when I asked for a certain window of opportunity due to my odd work schedule for the following day I was easily accommodated. The nicest young man came, right on time, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had two options of repair, one being much easier and less time consuming (i.e. Less expensive), which he tried first, and it worked! He was done in about 15 minutes, and although you pay a flat service fee I think it was absolutely worth every penny. He thoroughly explained why I had the leak, and what the problem was which was very professional, as well."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

He's a super nice guy who keeps his promises: He had a crew ready to begin immediately--and all of these chaps were The Best. We did't expect this big expense out of the blue, but couldn't be happier with the unit, with Oren, and with all his guys."

"The technician was friendly. He was also prompt and on time. It's hard to say how effective the cleaning was as there was no way to see into the ducts. I think it would be nice to hire someone with a fibre-optic scope to see exactly what you're getting for your money. Otherwise, my only real complaint is that his portable vacuum unit left multiple scuff marks on my hardwood floors. I think they'll likely scrub off but that's just not acceptable."

"It was a big mistake to pre-pay for any service. The “professional” did not have much intention to clean anything. He peeked in, said “they’re fine” and told me to vacuum the dust out of the floor vents. He did sweep some dust out of my dryer vent when I urged him to, but then made an inappropriate comment about some laundry hanging up to dry nearby. I’m pretty sure he did intend to upsell me on a newer furnace or different ducts, but as a renter I don’t have authority to make those decisions."
