But when I called Finlee, Isaac took the time on the phone to listen to the issues I was having and he even came out that same afternoon to look at things and get me an estimate. we agreed on what to fix first and he came the next day and made my kitchen safe again with GFCI plugs, a replacement for the microwave plug, and even installed a junction box to fix the water heater wires. A few weeks later I had a dryer breaker that was sparking and he came out and replaced the breaker on that! I'm thankful I found a great small business to use for any electrical problems!!"

The service call was $49, and a complimentary overall safety check. I asked Omar about what kinds of electrical issues would have caused the issue that my house was having and asked him to recommend services that might be necessary for a house that was built 21 years ago. He checked all the outlets and the sub-panel, found the problem, and repaired it. It only cost the $49 service fee. I asked about the overall safety check and he explained 4 different options that would make the electrical system in my house more efficient. He didn't pressure me to do any of them. If I only wanted a quick fix he would have done the work and been on his way for just $49. Because of his professionalism I asked for estimates for additional work and hired him to install surge protectors, etc., to make my home safer. I'm very pleased."
