The workers showed up on time, worked hard for very long hours, and finished the work ahead of schedule. It also looks like they did an excellent job with the flooring installation and the interior painting work. We are very happy with how our renovated house looks like. "From the first phone contact Juan asked for details and pics of the carpet replacement. Within that day I had a bid on the job. After working out tbe details he and his crew came right on time. They did a great job on installing my carpet. Also cleaned up all leftovers ..moved furniture back to original spot and did it all ..courteous..friendly. "The sales process went great (they really want your $$). Installation process not so great. There is a definite lack of communication between the installers and installation coordinator. We were given a 2 hr window for the installers to show. I was given that window 4 minutes before it started. Installers did not show up in the window. I reached out to the coordinator who was slow to respond. Told me the installers had a van problem and were on their way. In the meantime my husband reached out to the salesperson since he told us if we had issues to contact him and he would help resolve. It took him at least an hour to respond. Installers finally showed up 2 hours after the window ended. They were great. Very professional and while I do not speak Spanish my husband does so he was able to communicate with them. The job was done but as we put things away noticed there is a gap in the padding that will cause unnecessary wear. And now they have to come back to fix it."

They received five stars from me - and my personal recommendation to others - not because they did anything extraordinary but because they executed on the basics of professionalism. They knew their trade. Communicated well. Did what they said they were going to do. Work was terrific. And their original quote was the price. I am always amazed that in a service field like this (plumbing, tile, flooring, roofing etc) how many small companies fail at the basics. If you do the basics, you will have a thriving business because most are mediocre at best. I suspect this is why Sandoval Tile shines. Thanks for a great experience."

"They left a big mark on my new floor from moving furniture that was not lifted into place. No one left any info about how to take care of my new floor. I do not have any info about the warranty. My TV lost over half the channels I had before the install. Not sure if it is the TV or the connection. Just know the TV is not working correctly. Other wise happy with my new floor."
