His quote was perfectly reasonable and he was professional and very nice without being pushy. Jorge and his partner came over shortly thereafter and took measurements and a few days later, Mary set up the installation. We did not love the style we chose for our curved stairway and when we explained our mistake, they could not have been nicer. They started the process all over again right away and installed it the way we should have chosen in the first place for no extra charge. Use them, you won't be sorry!"

The quote was reasonable and we hired them, Once we closed our on home, Quality Flooring came in installed new Vinyl flooring and carpet. "Our new Engineered vinyl planking is beautiful. Chris and his guys were courteous and professional. The entire process lasted 3 days. They cleaned up the after the job and hauled away the debris. The only problem was that they did not have a vacuum system on their circular saw when removing the subfloor. There was dust everywhere. They were on time and even came back to tweak a few things. They had a quick response time and were here when they said they would be. I couldn't be happier with my new floor."
