"Arrived right on time! I was moving into a new house and wanted to see if the carpets could be cleaned rather than replace. <br /> These carpets in some places were horrible! They were very honest and did not clean or charge me for rooms that could not be cleaned. The Tech (Mike) tried a few spots and recommended replacement. I am very happy with the outcome, they did clean the rest of the 2 story house, protected my carpet and deodorized because the previous owners had some sort of beast in the house. Overall, they saved me a ton of money. Instead of having to replace lots of carpeting they were able to get clean the seemingly un-cleanable in most rooms and I have no doubt it was well worth the cost! <br /> I do plan to use again next year! <br />"

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. "She was running very late, so this was frustrating at first, however, once she got to my house and started cleaning she did a good job.  My only setback is that she rearranged everything as a way of showing that she picked things up and cleaned under them--I'm grateful for the thorough cleaning, but I don't find it necessary to move everything.  Overall she did a good job and I would trust her to clean my house again. <br />"
