They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

Mr. Antonio Bridges, came out and went onto the roof to inspect the area I showed him from inside and returned to let us know there would be no charge due to the minor fix to the leak, Here we were prepared to replace the entire roof when only a few nails were needed. He was very thorough, measuring and taking pictures of the affected areas of the house and its corresponding support in the cellar. He also mapped out a chart for the crew so they would know exactly where to work and what needed to be done. The day the work began, Dallas was here to coordinate with the 3-man crew. There was constant communication between us, checking floors, etc., as they went along, and they replaced the dirt and vapor barrier when they were through.
