They returned our call within ten minutes and said they had been having problems with being contacted by Angie's List. and scheduled the service for first thing the following morning. Upon arrival and inspection, the plumber said both shutoff valves needed to be replaced as well for an additional charge of $75. This was not a surprise to us, and we had purchased replacement valves already. We believed the additional repair was needed and the cost was reasonable. Replacement was performed in a professional manner, cleanup performed and repair tested. Would use again."
