The paint selection represented a significant color change and while other contractors were quoting one coat, Willard convinced me two were needed and he was right. "The first time they put the roof on, there were leaks but they're now repairing it. They replace it again and they are repairing any damage that was done inside. I think they're doing a good job. We had a flat roof so it was hard to do so they put a little slope on at this time. Its hard to predict if you have rain of what it's going to be like. They will replace some flooring because we had a little bit some damage on that. They're taking care of it because there is a two year guarantee."
