He explained that he would look at my dryer and then diagnose the problem. After determining what the problem was he quoted me the price for labor and parts. He replaced my faulty thermostats and completely vacuumed and cleaned out the interior of the dryer before re-installing the drum and putting everything back together. "Plumber said it's a good idea to clear plumbing lines every 10 years or so depending upon how much grease, oil, etc each household uses.  I thought that sounded like a good idea to power clean my lines.  I assumed it was included in the price but they charged an additional $400.  I didn't think it was fair since my lines had no problems and looked great.  I was not expecting this additional cost. At the time I couldn't fine their advertisement with all the services included until later. I did not have time (my fault) to do research as to how much these services cost.  They said since they were here anyway why not get the service done now rather than schedule additional service call.
