My situation got a little complicated due to my home wiring, and Susan did a great job with all of my questions and eased my concerns by sending Eddie to look things over for a subsequent evaluation. We worked on a schedule that was agreeable to both of us and Eddie installed the outlet and recommended additions (heat detector, surge protector) on time and at a significantly lower cost than competitors.
