After giving the owner a good description of the problem he was able to give me a quote over the phone ($1950 + tax). I decided to let them come out and access the job before agreeing. They arrived on time and after a quick assessment the lead plumber quoted me a higher price but after consulting the owner they agreed to do the job for the original price quoted.
