"<p>We had discovered that our water meter was continuing to run, even though we thought we had no water on anywhere.  We found Top Notch Plumbing on Angie's List, and we are so glad we did.  Gordon referred us to a leak detection service, and then came out afterwards and fixed the leak that was found in our son's bathroom.</p> <p>That leak required cutting a hole in the closet wall to get to the pipes because of the age of the fixtures.  Gordon also referred us to a drywall company who came out the very next day to repair the drywall.</p> <p>He also pointed out to us that the main water shut-off valve to the house was not completely shutting off the water.  So he fixed that as well while he was here, as well as replacing the knobs on the shut-off valves in our guest bathroom.</p> <p>We have a drain in our laundry room that needs snaking every 6 months.  Our previous plumber recently retired.  We will definitely be using Gordon at Top Notch Plumbing for that as well.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <br />"

"We had a 20 year old bathtub fixture that leaked and we wanted to replace it with a new fixture that included a handheld shower diverter. The problem was that the home builder had enclosed the built-in tub in a raised platform that had tile on the top and sides, and they had not created an access panel. The only way to get at the plumbing without cutting through the tile was to cut a hole in the adjacent wall in our bedroom and crawl in under the tub platform. The plumbers said they could do this, and they included cutting the drywall in their bid. They cut open a small hole in the wall and crawled in to access the plumbing, which was several feet in. They did an excellent job replacing our tub fixture, and we are very happy with the results. The piece of drywall they cut out, to gain access, was nice and rectangular, and I was able to re-use it to make a new access panel, simply by putting a wooden frame around it. So I did not need to call a drywall person to repair the opening they made. They also replaced a toilet for us. A few years ago they did a lot of faucet and shutoff valve replacements throughout the house, and the work was excellent and reasonably priced. That&#39;s why we called them again for our current work."

"First we had a backup of our sewer into the kitchen sink. When they came out to clear the blockage, we found out that there was a break in our sewer line - an offset allowed the sewer to back up. Using a camera and other technology, they were able to locate the break - precisely - it was 9 feet below the surface. Working around the rain, the following people put their heart and sole into getting it fixed. Gabriel was in charge of the group - Frank ran the camera crew, Raul dug the hole down past the gas line, electric and water lines. Francisco and Martin did the power flush after the line was repaired. These guys worked IN THE RAIN to get the job completed in a timely manner. After RAUL dug below the service lines, a backhoe was used to complete the hole. I&#39;m sorry, but I cannot remember the name of the operator of the backhoe. Again, superb work. "First, I called Vista Plumbing for an estimate. Ray, the plumber, listened to our concerns and explained what he could do to help with the rattling problem with the pipes and the hot/cold situation in the shower.  He gave me a number for the part needed (under warranty) and asked me to call when the part was received.  Next, when the part was delivered, a time was arranged and Vista Plumbing was here within the week.  In one day the water pipes were clamped and the shower faucet was replaced.  Now, everything concerning the water pipes are good. <br /> <br /> I was happy with the service, the knowledge, the expertise, the punctuality, and the kindness.  In the beginning, he spent a lot of time listening to our concerns and answering our questions.  In the end, I received a clean, professional job.  I would recommend Vista Plumbing to my friends and family. <br /> <br /> I also would like to mention the woman who answers the telephone and makes the appointments.  She was wonderful and helpful, very upbeat.  It was a pleasant experience talking with her."

"Gus at Pro Bright went above and beyond on a Sunday to detect and repair our master bedroom ceiling leak. With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away.
