"Review by John Haugh, Greencastle, PA. Project: remodel master bathroom and make it handicapped friendly. The Conrad Homes work team (Patty and Blake) were excellent to work with and did an outstanding job. They were completely cooperative in taking our suggestions and doing the work as we wanted. I would not hesitate to have them help with any future remodeling jobs we might have at our home in the future. The work done on our master bathroom was clearly superior to the work done on our bathroom by the builder when the home was built in 2010."

"We used PI Kitchen and Bath in Frederick to completely remodel our master bathroom. We wanted to update the entire space and make it feel more comfortable and modern, and the finished bathroom is exactly what we were hoping for. There was an unexpected issue during the project that required some additional attention. Our project manager was very responsive and handled it right away. For us, that was actually one of the things that stood out about the company. Remodeling can have surprises, so seeing how a company responds when something doesn?t go exactly as planned is important. They made sure it was corrected properly and kept us informed. The tile work and overall finishing look beautiful, and we?re very happy with the quality of the completed bathroom."

"They were very hard workers and very polite. Their work was excellent. I am very pleased with the result. They had to replace drywall and re-secure the remaining drywall in a large two-car garage. They taped, sanded, primed, and applied two coats of Sherwin-Williams paint. It looks like new again."

"Yaniel did a wonderful job renovating my basement such that I had to call him to work on my roof when I needed to get it changed."

"I needed my carpet repaired because my dog made a hole in it. So I used Angie’s list to make some calls. I called on Thursday and they were able to come in the next day to check it out. The service provided was efficient and the workers were punctual. I can’t even tell that there was ever a hole in my carpet. I also liked that they were nice and friendly when I talked to them. I would definitely recommend them to others."

"The project went well. Rene and his team were able to get things done in a high quality manner and also in a timely manner. He was also helpful in helping me find additional contractors to do other work in my home. I will definitely use him again."

"We hired Zedarwoodwork to remodel our kitchen and I must say that they did an excellent job. Our kitchen had a total 360 degree turn from being outdated to very modern. The customer service, attention to detail and ideas were outstanding. If you need to remodel your kitchen or any part of your home don’t look any further. Zedarwoodwork is it."

"George and his crew did an outstanding job! They were prompt, courteous, professional and really seemed to enjoy their work. George came to meet with us to estimate the work and provided us a quote within 1 business day. From estimate to completion, the team completed the job in 5 business days.
After day 1 we didn't like one of the colors we had chosen after seeing it on the walls. We talked with George about it and he was very accommodating, and just wanted to make sure we would be happy with the final results. This was a big change, but George only charged us for the cost of replacing the paint.
Overall, we were extremely happy with the quality of the work and would highly recommend George's painting to others!

"Chidi helped me to go through all the process with my insurance company. Yes they helped me to file the claim and it covered the roof installation and dry wall repairs. Chidi is super gentle and very patient to explain every single step, came over for all inspections(roof and third floor dry wall) to make sure the inspector captured all issues, helped me to coordinate with drone inspection and followed up the installation. If you are planning to change or repair your roof, I highly recommend to work with Chidi from EXTERIORMAX."
