"JPC refurbished our front porch (masonry/brick work) with great quality and professionalism, so we asked if they'd also replace our deck boards, which were rotting.  We got an immediate estimate, the price seemed reasonable, and - just like that - the work was scheduled.  These guys are professional -- on-time, communicative, and quality/fast workers.  The deck was done in a couple of days, and it looks great!  The boards on our stairs bucked up (breaking the screws).  The JPC workers ran them in a different direction than the originals, and apparently the framework wasn't ready to accommodate that.  We never called back JPC to fix them, but I think they would have done so without issue.  I'll use them again!"

"Power washing and staining of deck"

" The entire process took about 3 hours.  The roof was sprayed with a cleaning solution then rinsed with a high volume of water (not power washing but a scubber type of device).  We were concerned about the cleaning solution dripping on our siding so  the edges of the roof were cleaned by hand.  All the windows and areas that were messy from the cleaning process were hosed off and cleaned after the roof was cleaned.  The roof looks new and the cleaning was well worth the price.  Mr. Martin couldn't have been nicer to work with and was prompt in returning calls and answering all our questions about the process. <br />"

"The deck had not been cleaned or stained for several years. I had already purchased the stain in the shade I wanted because someone else was supposed to be doing the work. But those plans were cancelled and I found Matt through a recommendation from the contractor who had done some work for me. <br /> Matt agreed to use the solid stain I had already purchased. He did a thorough power wash of both lower and upper decks then waited a few days to do the staining. He picked a sunny day with no rain predicted until the next day. But unfortunately it rained that afternoon. Matt had to redo the whole job. <br /> He did an excellent job and I am really pleased with the appearance of the deck."
