One event that showcased their attention to detail, I had chosen an exterior doorknob, and at one point they called me outside and said "just to be sure, the handle looks a bit low, you positive you want us to use this?" And they were completely right, I'd have had to crouch every time I opened it. So they found an alternate that was perfect. It was always clear they cared about the project getting done in a way that was fully-functional and that I'd be happy about! Audi was the project lead and primary form of contact, and she always went above and beyond keeping us in the loop and keeping the project moving forward. In the end it was finished faster than expected and with a wonderful final result! I love my new garage and will absolutely be hiring BossPDX for any future home renovation projects!"

"James and team came to the rescue on a project a major foundation company was doing to shore up our front porch. When the big guy failed to disclose that carpentry work, which they also failed to disclose they did not do, was needed to true a beam before work could continue shoring up the foundation, we panicked thinking we'd be stuck mid project forever and miss yet another summer out front. Not only was James and the team able to get started quickly and stay within budget, but they took the time to really assess what the big guy had not and changed the plans accordingly. The result a much more study porch than we would have gotten had we not gone with James. So with a trued beam for the big guys to wrap up their part we finally had a chance to enjoy the our porch again before the rains returned.
