"The salesman Wayne was great and a pleasure to have in our home. Was not impressed by how the install was handled. We had a three day project, 2 days of LVP and 1 day of carpet. The LVP crew didnâ t show up until 2pm on day 1 because they had a repair giving to them that morning. Those guys hustled but there was too much work to be done to catch up. They hustled again the second day but it was not enough time to finish so it pushed into a third day which is when the carpet was scheduled. My family had to be very creative on how to stack and stuff furniture around our second floor so there was room for the LVP crew to finish and the carpet could go down. It was a cluster. Not impressed by the baseboard installation. They didnâ t countersink and cover the nails and the corner connections were not aligned that well. I will have to finish that detail work myself. Carpet installer was a true craftsman and did an excellent job. However he didnâ t speak much English so made it difficult to communicate. Needed the help of the LVP guys to interpret. Overall the price was fair but not as impressed by the experience as I wanted to be."

"Went fairly smoothly and finished in 7 days.  This was 2 days longer than expected due to the difficulty in removing the tile. However they came on Saturday and Sunday to finish the job.  On the last day, the foreman complained about his workers not stepping up to help finish the job, but the job got done and the floor looks great. <br />"

"Frank Martinez driving through neighborhood & saw me cutting back plants in front yard. Pausing to ask If I need help, I said yes (don't own hedge trimmer needed). Frank shared he was working on floor tile at nearby house, so I quickly showed him our 10-year-old flooring with gaps & cracks. Due to both our previous commitments, scheduling days at first was hard. But he was readily responsive to cell phone calls and texts. The difference in our floor tile for little expense is amazing."

"I bought the Big Deal which was just for a single top coat to reseal the deck surface.  However, my deck was in a little bit worse shape than the deal allowed.  However, Ryan was awesome and added in sanding and then did the reseal for no additional charge.  The surface is not perfect but that is due to the rough pre-condition it was in and not his fault.  Shortly after the reseal the deck drains started leaking in to the garage below.  Ryan and crew came out again to fix the drain at no additional cost.  Again, this was not in the deal I bought but they provide such great customer service.  I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors! <br />"

"Marco impressed me with his professionalism and ability to do the entire job, not just the granite. Jose arrived on time and worked very **** ** the demo the first day, leaving the room very clean, the outlet moved, and replacing the furniture. After 3 days of work in the shop, Jose and Marco installed the granite and mantel exactly as requested. They went above and beyond by painting the wall to cover the drywall work, painting the inside of the fireplace black. Our new fireplace is beautiful! The leftover granite was used to make an outdoor tabletop with dropped edges, perfect to cover our old metal fire pit as an outdoor coffee table."

"I purchased a "deal" -4 hours of dry wall labor for $99. Having no idea how much dry wall can be fixed/replaced in 4 hours or what materials were needed, I requested that someone come out and let me know if what was needed (time and materials) to complete the job I had. The Just Do It office said no problem and I scheduled an appointment. The worker arrived on time but was not aware that he was only to provide an estimate. He was under the assumption that he was to do the work -- this was a subcontractor Just Do It uses in my area. It took about 20 minutes to clear up the miscommunication and the office explaining what is included in the "deal" and what isn't before the workman gave me  the estimates I asked for. <br /> I scheduled another appointment to have the work done. In the meantime, I purchased the materials -- I didn't want someone who was skilled in fixing drywall to spend "labor time" going to and from Home Depot and then run out of time doing the actual work. The work was done well and mess was cleaned up. <br /> So after a somewhat rocky start, I would use this company again. I would, however, suggest that the Just Do It scheduling office realize that some of us don't know the nuances of their business and work involved/allowed for jobs and to have a little more patience explaining why work requested is/is not a part of a deal. <br />"
