"They did exactly as they told me, they were on time , only charged for one service call even though they came twice and the price very reasonable . But, the main thing was the communication, keeping me informed on the progress of the parts ordered, even sent a picture by text when it arrived. Both times the serviceman, Ronald came, I received a text asking what time I would like to schedule his appointment, another text when he was headed my way along with his picture, a picture of the van he drove, and how long he had worked for the company. When he arrive, he was very professional and courteous, accessed the problem in very little time, then placed the order for the part. I told them, I need my oven working for Thanksgiving. The part was overnighted arrived on Wednesday morning, he arrived that afternoon replaced the part and was done. The owner Greg called me to check to see if we were pleased, if the oven was working properly and to say Happy Thanksgiving!
