"Called for showing and estimate. Quick to schedule appointment. Arrived on time. Viewed problem and gave high level summary of services to be performed with formal estimate and action plan to follow within two business days by email. Very kind and pleasant. Didn't receive message for more than a week. Emailed gentleman that made initial appointment and was quick to respond estimate in summary and formal would follow. Formal followed by end of day. We scheduled service date for approximately two weeks later to work with our schedule. Morning of service had no idea for time of arrival so called and response between 9 and 9:30. Arrived on time and began sealing off affected area w plastic and setting up ventilation to exterior. Removed toilet. Day two removed pre-finished hardwood floor over affected area and cut out subfloor which had been saturated and needed to be removed. Remainder of day 2 and am day 3 was continued ventilation and cleanup. Hardwood removed was saved and placed in garage for potential to salvage for reuse. Services were performed within standards and expectations set with estimates. Everyone was very pleasant throughout service. "The initial inspection and estimate went great.  I felt absolutely no pressure to buy.  The guys at Crawlspace Doctor spent time teaching me about the crawl space and why the area under the house should be conditioned like the inside of the home.  They even came back for a second time to answer additional questions without any confirmation that I would be hiring them to do the work. <br /> The quality of the work was outstanding and the job was completed ahead of schedule.  They determined my dryer vent was too clogged to clean and replaced it at no additional cost.  They also moved the dryer vent and bricked up the hole left in the side of the house at no additional cost. <br /> I have even seen increased efficiency with my heating.  I used to keep my house at 68-70 degrees fahrenheit during the winter.  I now keep it at 65 degrees fahrenheit and remain 100% comfortable.  I would assume this is due to the fact that there is no longer cold air under the house that pulls heat away from the house.  The crawl space is now heated and cooled the same as the inside of the house.  <br /> It's a dream to have a vapor barrier installed if you do any work under the house or have water shut-off's under the house.  I can freely enter the crawl space (without it being excessively hot or cold), move around easily, and come out just as clean as I went in. <br /> I will admit that the cost of the work was quite a bit more in comparison to other companies, but no one else was going to do anywhere near the amount of work that they did.  I still believe the cost was more than fair for the quality of work that was performed. <br /> Lastly, I would encourage anyone to ask for before and after pictures of the work these guys have done. <br />"
