"The deal on Angie's list stated that wires would be "dressed." To me this means that the wires would be covered. There were wires sticking out all over and was extremely unsightly. I had to pay an additional fee to "dress the wires." When that was completed, it looked much much better. Unfortunately, the pictures below show how it looks now. He asked me to trust him on placement of some lights, but when I thought certain lights should go elsewhere, he also made sure to incorporate my ideas. They finished installing the lights in two days and when I had noticed one of the bedroom lights not turning off properly, I called Joe back and both Mike and Joe showed up the very next day to fix the problem. When looking for a professional, I really value accountability, not only during the process but even after the work is done and the fees paid. Joe is accountable and professional.
