"Installation went very well. The tech was knowledgeable and professional. Problem was when I received my cc bill. I was billed the $129 Angie's List fee which was to include TV wall mount (mount not include), connect all necessary video and basic audio, neatly dress wires, configure peripheral devices, and conceal in-wall wires. And I was billed $140.49 from HELLOTECH. I'm still trying to get the $140.49 charge reversed."

"Leader (1st) garage wall plug shorted on a Sunday and because it fed the other 2 plugs (along with the freezer, TV, phone,  and a seperate  fridge), I called Coles.  He said it would be $125 to come out on a Sunday so I figured around $150 to replace the wall plugs.   He came out, replaced the 3 plugs and the tolal I paid was $250.  All I could think of was it must be $125 to come out AND $125 for the work.  He could have told  me the extra  cost up-front.
