"Installation went very well. The tech was knowledgeable and professional. Problem was when I received my cc bill. I was billed the $129 Angie's List fee which was to include TV wall mount (mount not include), connect all necessary video and basic audio, neatly dress wires, configure peripheral devices, and conceal in-wall wires. And I was billed $140.49 from HELLOTECH. I'm still trying to get the $140.49 charge reversed."

"The computer technician, Tammy, was excellent.  He arrived on time and was very personable.  Our computer is several years old and has been running slow, so he cleaned it up for us.  He tried to show us how to perform some maintenance tasks on our own.  
After he was finished, he had to call in to the main Geek Choice number to settle the bill.  When I spoke with the person on the phone from Geek Choice, I was astonished when they told me the bill was for $300, which included 2.5 hours service at $100 per hour and a $50 fee for home visit.  I informed her that I had ordered the first hour through Angie's List for $75 and that the home visit fee was waived.  She retrieved my information and charged me a balance of $135, to include the reduced hourly fee of $90 per hour.  So Angie's List saved me almost $100, which I totally appreciate.  
I give the technician high marks but the company, Geek Choice, seems like just another corporation trying to make more money off the consumer than they should.  I'm glad I went through Angie's List.

I HAVE 16 CAMERAS AROUND THE HOUSE.  I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT EXACTLY HOW THEY SHOULD BE POSITIONED SO I ASKED BRANDON AND RICKEY TO INSTALL THE CAMERAS  AND PUT THEM LIKE THEY THOUGHT THEY SHOULD BE.  IT WAS DONE PERFECTLY.  THIS IS THE 2ND SYSTEM THEY HAVE PUT IN FOR ME.  I MOVED FROM MY OLD HOUSE AND INTO A NEW ONE.  I GOT RID OF SAFE TOUCH AND THEIR MONTHLY FEE AND WENT WITH WHAT THESE FOLKS RECOMMENDED.  NO REGRETS.  I SURE DON'T MISS THAT EXTRA BILL EVERY MONTH."
