"First, you need to know that Steve is a Veteran. His story is fascinating! Second, you need to know he is a first rate individual - a person with integrity. Third, Steve is amazingly knowledgeable about everything computer. He can give you solid advice about whatever questions you have whether you need information about hardware or software.
Oh, and about my experience with Steve. Everything went great!!! He definitely exceeded my expectations. Steve completely took apart my laptop to diagnose what was going on and quickly realized that what it needed was a new keyboard. He ordered one; however, Toshiba sent the wrong one. Oops. Steve sent it back, I think on his own dime, and made sure they sent the correct keyboard the next time. In no time, he put my laptop back together and now it's better than new. Better you ask? I do not have software on it I don't need and I have really good anti-virus software installed.
He's great. As a matter of fact, he's working on my mother's laptop as we speak.

"Installation went very well. The tech was knowledgeable and professional. Problem was when I received my cc bill. I was billed the $129 Angie's List fee which was to include TV wall mount (mount not include), connect all necessary video and basic audio, neatly dress wires, configure peripheral devices, and conceal in-wall wires. And I was billed $140.49 from HELLOTECH. I'm still trying to get the $140.49 charge reversed."
