We have a dedicated theater that was installed by Magnolia that worked well but encountered a problem with overheating (of components and the projector) as well as a failing amp. Mike diagnosed the problem and planned a thorough and elegant ventilation system for both my cabinet and projector. During these days, supply is always a concern but we were kept aware of the progress as we awaited our replacement amp. I was billed the $129 Angie's List fee which was to include TV wall mount (mount not include), connect all necessary video and basic audio, neatly dress wires, configure peripheral devices, and conceal in-wall wires. And I was billed $140.49 from HELLOTECH. I'm still trying to get the $140.49 charge reversed."
