Jim got us set up for Pandora, Roku and Apple TV. We have used him for over twenty years. He has serviced our mothers and sister, as well as three homes over these 20 years. If we ever have a problem navigating through a system, Jim either comes out or walks us through over the phone. Day or night, weekends ( he works way too much) he literally is a call away. "Installation went very well. The tech was knowledgeable and professional. Problem was when I received my cc bill. I was billed the $129 Angie's List fee which was to include TV wall mount (mount not include), connect all necessary video and basic audio, neatly dress wires, configure peripheral devices, and conceal in-wall wires. And I was billed $140.49 from HELLOTECH. I'm still trying to get the $140.49 charge reversed."

Raymond came and asked what my issues were with the computer, listened to all my complaints. I explained about needing one virus software for work (encryption) and one for my computer's needs. He began by checking all the usual sites of issues, ran a virus scan product or two and determined that my issues were not viral related (yeah) but mostly overloaded with add-ons from several companies/sites.

Those got cleared out/removed, he made my home page much more user friendly for me, and explained tons of questions that I had about 'why this, why that, how this, etc.'  He made sure that at start-up, the computer wasn't bogged down, and by then there was already a big improvement. He changed my search engine from one that had been installed when I bought it but didn't know enough to change it.  I now know how to use either of the browser options.

He found documents that I knew were "in the cloud storage' but couldn't find (yes, I know, I'm one of those who wonders which cloud my stuff is in).  Raymond also set up my external hard drive so I could have yet another document storage location (to be really safe--especially since I still don't trust that cloud).

So now, instead of a computer that froze every few minutes I have a computer that is working well and I can concentrate on typing my end-of-term paper and not worrying that the computer will shut down.

Raymond was here about 90-105 minutes and the fee was very reasonable-- money well spent for what I got in return.

He has made us beautiful custom furniture such as a bench and a coat/ hat wall hanging rack. He replaced our kitchen countertops with beautiful butcher bock while also replacing our faucet and sink. "I could not recommend Harold's Enterprises more highly. I reached out to Harold based on his listing on Angie's List before I bought my home--free of charge, he took a look at the roof on a property I was considering buying--giving me an estimate and advice. His help led me to find that the sellers were dishonest about the condition of and work done on their roof, and I purchased a different property in Hudson, NY. My home is a 1927 Craftsman that needed quite a bit of work. I hired Harold based on his honesty and responsiveness in helping me evaluate the first property. True to form, his estimate and ultimate cost to repaint the entire interior, repair and sheetrock floors and ceilings, refinish and replace hardwood floors, completely remodel a bathroom, rewire and install light fixtures, match original woodworking, install cabinetry, windows, and appliances, and even assist with installing new furniture, were more than reasonable. Better yet, the quality of his work was of the highest caliber. He has restored and improved a lovely home, and I am so thankful! I have to say that most of all, I am so happy with Harold's professionalism and diligence. Not every contractor is known for staying on the job and completing it on time. Especially in my situation, where I am a single woman trying to restore a second home when I live out of state--I assumed I would have difficulty in getting any contractor to be present and complete the job on time. However, this was never a problem. Harold was always there, was immediately responsive, and never slacked off when I wasn't there. I plan to work with Harold as much as possible in the future as I continue to improve my Hudson home. I recommend him very highly."
