We were very pleased with the work and he gave us the most competitive estimate - and then stuck to that estimate! We had the unfortunate luck that a large tree fell in our barn soon after completion. What re the chances!? We again hired Ron - this time to clear the tree and repair the (now severely damaged) pole barn. Trust him entirely! His work is great and he is easy to communicate with."

"Everything went great! The project took about 2 weeks. The old tar/gravel roof was removed and a new metal roof was installed on 3/4 of the house. The other 1/4 required TPO since it was a completely flat area. A lot of the old wood had to be replaced due to the age and termite activity. Flashing up around the chimney is holding up great and a part of my old rainwater collection gutter system was even reinstalled on the new roof. The fascia and soffit looks great too. We've been through 5-6 rain storms already and there has been no leaks. The wood around the garage was replaced and then the whole thing was wrapped in vinyl for a clean look. Two end features on the peak of the house were wrapped as well and it made the house look very clean and neat. As for cleanup, for the most part all went well. As can be expected, a few old roofing nails were found, but not that many. A few short pieces of metal roofing and a few leftover panels were left behind as well as a bag of screws. (We made a shed with them) Overall we were very satisfied. Other roofing companies we called were quoting us $18-20K without the addition of the extra wood and the cost of the fascia/soffit or the garage repair."

"We hired them to perimeter fence our farm with no climb horse wire with wood on top. Approximately 7 acres of that type of fence. We also have a 13 acre pasture that we wanted fenced in RAMM flex fence. I specifically asked if they had experience with RAMM because it works on a tension system and needs to be installed specifically according to the manufacturer. Melanie said they did have experience with it and it would be no problem. While the crew did a good job on the perimeter fencing, they had no idea what they were doing with the RAMM fencing. They didn't brace corners/gates properly, and I had to hire another company to uninstall and reinstall what was messed up. And when I went to pay Melanie the final payment, there was an additional $4000+ added to her original quote. She said she had missed 200 feet of fencing when she did the estimate."

Got 5 estimates,they were in the middle with better quality products and some upgrades. Owners was friendly and polite. Workers were friendly,polite,hardest workers Ive ever met!!!! Not only Sam showed up on time and gave us an estimate on the spot, but with very reasonable estimate, we had gotten two other estimates and they were both higher and did not respond when they were supposed to. Not only Best Performance Roofing were lower then other estimates, they included lot more work then other companies( like replacing chimney wood, extra plywood, painting side of the house, redoing our Porch ceiling etc…) subcontractors did an excellent job redoing ceiling work.
