"This project turned out quite well and the overall experience was better than I had expected given the potential for disruption caused by electrical work being done in every room of the house for nearly two weeks. Full Service Electric is a small, well-run company and Mike and his crew were friendly, professional, and considerate of our home and daily schedule. Emily came to the house for the initial discussion about the scope of work, and Mike did a walk-through the week before the job started. Mike and/or Emily were on the job every day, communication about the work was clear and informative, and the work itself was of high quality. (Details: We provided a basic electrical plan at the start of the job, and each day we moved and covered furniture and protected household objects as needed. They used drop-cloths on the floor surfaces of each work area, patched the plaster where holes were created in the walls to pull wires or replace switches, and cleaned up at the end of each day.) Mike is familiar with the unique challenges of rewiring an older home and his estimates for the amount of time and the cost of the work were accurate and reasonable. He was flexible and responsive throughout the project, offering good suggestions that enabled us to make minor changes and upgrades as we saw the work progress. The rewiring was the first phase of our house renovation and we intend to hire Full Service Electric for the future kitchen remodel."

"Colby did an excellent job. He took the time to fully diagnose the electrical issue and clearly explained what was wrong and why it happened. Colby walked me through the findings, showed where the issue was, and explained the fix in a way that was easy to understand. Very professional, knowledgeable. I appreciated the clear explanation and the time he took to make sure I understood everything. Highly recommend."

"Joe is an extremely EV chargerknowledgeable electrician and very professional and friendly. He was able to relocate an EV charger and install another in less than an hour for a very reasonable rate. Will definitely call on him for future work!"

"Responded same day. Courteous & knowledgeable technicians who repaired the light fixture same day."

"Our home had inadequate electric service. McCarthy Electric provided a bid to install 200 amp service to support our growing needs. My interactions with their team has been the most satisfying experience I have had with a service provider. The service was upgraded per the bid with no drama, in a timely fashion. I was kept informed of important developments in a courteous and professional manner. I will be a return customer for any future electrical needs."

"I couldn't have hoped for a better experience. The scheduling was professional and prompt, the service was spot on and high quality. They arrive in a nice truck with lots of supplies, and do a quick estimate, then get right into it. I had a list of jobs saved up, which included installing new bathroom fixtures and new outlets. Everything was done just right and the area left clean and everything tested out to my satisfaction. No surprise in the bill and I felt it was a fair price. "We had an electrical emergency with our pool house on a major holiday. We reached out to IJB and they quickly resolved the issue. I highly recommend this company and will only have them do my electrical work!"

"Great, job. Super smooth. Came in, talked through the project, very competitive price, basically came in 30% below the Retail price without negotiation. Quality was high, they came a second time to rig everything in. They worked with all requests about how to hook it up, leaving some slack. No up charges, no surprises. Would defiantly work with again!! They pulled all the proper permits, and inspector showed up, no problems or concerns."
