My hot water heater was cracked at the bottom of the cylinder. Les educated an advised us what to do in the situation. (We shut off the water to house an the shut off above the H20 heater. A shot vac to help clear the Waterford the laminate/ 10 towels an a couple box fans). We apprcieated Les and DMC services to answer the phone, advise us & be out at our house in the same day with installation. The installation of the hot water heater was very clean to the eye and works like a champ. Night and day difference between the response time of hot water from old unit to my new Rheem. As apart of the installation they gave us a free furnace cleaning and tuning. I doubled checked for debree- (because every contractor I've used doesn't clean up fully/ probably why I didn't leave a review for them).
