"I called Don to fix a leaking water line from a previous fridge that had been taken out that had an ice/water maker. Don came to my appt exactly on time and he was efficient and quick for the repair. No talking on cell phone re private calls etc. It ended up being a less involved repair than originally anticipated and he did not try to upsell me or do more complicated work than was necessary so the final cost came in a bit under original phone quote which was very nice. This is an new home for me and there was another concern that came up last night that Don could not stay for to complete bc he had another appt after me to be on time for (great reliability for all his customers!) but he did take the time to explain what was needed for that future appt which was courteous. Also I am a single woman and felt completely safe having Don in my home. In an additional plus, he was friendly to my dog who I only had to put away bc heâ s a wild boy and very nosy but Don seemed that he would be comfortable around a calm dog. I would absolutely hire Don again."

They did not try to oversell; I was given three options, including replacing the current system with the same choice (the cheapest) and two additional choices providing different options at different levels of cost. Other companies that provided a quote only offered one option and looked for a decision immediately, The two service techs that came out and installed my new system were exceptional. They wore masks and gloves for my safety and explained everything that they were doing each step of the way. The system has been in for a week now and I am still having difficulty getting used to how wonderful the water feels compared to the many years of super hard water. The company was an excellent choice and will be my plumber from now on."

"Charles came out about 1.5 hours after being called on a Sunday. He was very professional and did an excellent job of diagnosing and repairing our non-working a/c system. I never felt pressured to purchase anything that was not required. He was professional and personable and offered us tips to save money in the future. I felt he was very honest with us and when he left the a/c was working as good as new. My only complaint concerns pricing. Each customer can decide for themselves if their prices are acceptable. Specifics are...the capacitor was replaced at a cost of $214 including installation which took 15 minutes. The amazon price for the part was about $20. Two fuses were replaced at a cost of $184 and took 5 minutes to install. I am sure the amazon price was much less. 1 lb of r22 freon was added in 10 minutes at a cost of $100. The coils were hose cleaned without additional charges. Another capacitor was checked and found to be within specs and there was no charge. My total bill was $498. Charles was here about 1 hour. I thought it was high but the work definately needed to be done and they were prompt so we authorized it and paid when the work was done. Again, I feel they were honest and none of the charges were a surprise because I was told the cost before work was completed. I would use this honest, prompt, and competent contractor again. I am sure less honest repair people would have suggested work that would have cost more than I paid to have the job done right and only fix the things that really needed fixing. "My original was to replace the hinges and hasp on the old outdoor access door for my water heater. I was convinced due to the condition of my old weathered door. I would be better served by a new Crafted door. The next day the handyman arrived on time. With the materials needed crafted and installed a new access door. 2 hours 300 dollars. I am very pleased with the workmanship."
