"Rudolph arrived on time and was prepared to work the full day if needed to complete our projects. He has integrity! We had a laundry list of items to be repaired, and he let us know for several items on the list that we should hire another provider to complete the work. Some things he said he could do, but wouldn't do it as well as another professional. He even went so far as to provide us recommendations for who to call for a couple things (custom door weather stripping & ceiling fan repairs). We will be hiring him again later this year to repair and paint our fence/gates as well as install casters on a cabinet. The only reason I gave him a 'B' for quality was because one of our chair legs was repaired with a gap where there shouldn't be a gap, so the attention to detail on this repair faded. The quality of that work was not on par with everything else. He has promised to deliver puddy when in the area next since re-doing the repair may damage the chairs thanks to the wood glue. The wood glue overflow seemed excessive to my husband, but I believe that is normal and we were able to remove it once dry. The other 'B' for professionalism was regarding cleanup - which is one of my pet peeves with contractors. The keys to my back fence gate (which includes a house key) were left in the gate unattended during the day, and not returned at the end of the day. There were extra pieces of the chicken wire which we had to throw away. And the old chicken wire was thrown away in our recycling bin instead of trash bin."

"We were quite satisfied with the work and quality for the most part... one or two welds on the security screens could have been executed with better continuity and the fence line laid out a bit more accurately on the side yard. There was one afternoon appointment which was missed entirely without a phone call or explanation.  When all is said and done, the fence really sets off our yard and we feel much safer with the locked security screens.

"These guys were great. My wife had previously hired a contractor off of Craig's list to epoxy our garage floor. The gentleman did this, but failed to wait the appropriate time and the solution never cured properly. Therefore, the entire job had to be grinded off and replaced. "Dave showed up as scheduled and we discussed the placement of where I wanted the doggy door placed.  He was very informative and told me based on how the wiring in the wall ran, my placement choices were going to be difficult to do, although he could get it done.  He suggested an alternative, change out a back door, and replace with a door that had the doggy door installed in it.  Great idea.  The door and parts need to be ordered, and will be installed as soon as available. He did change out the lighting fixture.
With a plan in place and some extra work planned for later, I look forward to having this work done.  I should mention that Dave called and apologized for the scheduling and mis-communication experience I had with him.  He was very sincere and very willing to make good for his customers.

I understand that things happen and although it was an exigent circumstances that interfered with my appointments, it takes a genuine person who cares about his customers to step forward and take responsibility.
