"HUGE shout out and THANK YOU to Bill from Acute Appliance Repair. After booking on Angi, Bill called me within minutes to learn more of the problem. Bill set up a time to come out and repair our refrigerator on Thursday evening. Bill quickly diagnosed the problem, a clogged drain line, and up front with the costs. No surprises or hidden fees. Very friendly and professional. My wife and I asked for Bill's business card. We plan to hire him for any future projects. Our refrigerator is running like new again thanks to Bill and Acute Appliance Repair. Much appreciated and job well done!"

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"I would highly recommend Premium's appliance repair services. They responded immediately to my request for service. After describing the problem (leaking refrigerator), the manager was able to quote a very fair price and set an appointment for first thing the next day. Meanwhile, he patiently explained what he believed to be the problem, and he advised what to do until a repairman came. The repairman was on time, professional and completed the repair within a little more than an hour of his arrival. He cleaned his worksite and assured me that the problem is solved. I am so relieved that it was not the disaster that I first believed, and that I hired an honest, efficient company to resolve my problem."

"The technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. I would hire Global Repais again for any appliance installation or repair."

"Kenneth Wilson with K and K Industrials responded to my service request promptly, easily diagnosed the issue, and completed the repair quickly. I would definitely hire him again for appliance repairs."

"Tech got the work done. Great customer service. A true professional. Would refer a friend."

"Houston Appliances and Services did an excellent job repairing my refrigerator. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained it clearly, and had it fixed the same day. I really appreciated the fast and professional service. I’ll definitely be using them again for all my HVAC needs!"

"UPDATED 10/30/2020: This is a revision of the 10/7/20 review. They did refund the overpayment and I'm glad that they have been working to make sure that they fixed the problem. They kept me informed about the schedule and arrived and checked the washing machine and determined that it was not the washing machine but I needed an electrician (When the electrician arrived after extensive searching they discovered that the problem was the sump pump) which has now been repaired). They quoted me a fee for the service call. While they were there I asked them about another appliance I was having trouble with. They took a peek and indicated what they thought was the matter and what would be needed for the repair. They gave me a bill for the quoted repair and I paid it by charge card. I was shocked to see that I was charged double the amount I was quoted when I looked at my credit card statement. I'm not sure if they charged me double because they looked at the other appliance, if it was a mistake or something else but I wish they had informed me that I was being charged more. As for the would I hire again I wish there was a maybe button."

I was professional technician high skill and good attitude working under global repair appliance and under lg company allappliance and refrigeration system.

"Hired to weed , mulch and edge beds. Found out he also did painting so I asked him to do an exterior painting and repair project. Did both jobs simultaneously and I was happy with both. I will call him again when the need arises."
