"This company impressed us from beginning to end! The estimate and finished price were far lower than other quotes, while the quality, speed & cleanliness of work was far superior to what others offered. They hung plastic sheeting & barriers surrounding the whole work area & used a ventilation system so there was never dust anywhere. ( Concrete dust is dangerous, not just messy!) The entire team ( 5 people 1st day, 3 on 2nd day) always removed shoes & treated our house & us with respect. They walked us through the steps of the job, showed us the work & the damage/ wet areas & the undamaged areas at several points as they were doing it (without being asked). Tested sump pump in our presence... without us asking. In addition to other source of water, they found a crack in the foundation & worked to examine the extent of damage.. which went all the way from outside in. They showed us the full damage, offered to fix this more completely, explained options to do or not do that work, but never pressured us. They provided life-of-structure warranty. They even told us they caused a tiny area of damage to woodwork on a window sill ( I would never have been upset about) when they were done THEY pointed it out and THEY spackled & fixed it ( like 5 min work.) The whole job took 1 and a half days. Like anyone, I was heartbroken to have started finding water in my finished basement & terrified of the cost & the process of fixing it. This company made this as affordable, convenient & low-stress as I can possibly imagine."

"Great service. Eddie Cox come out on a Monday and told me what the worker would do. The worker came out on Wednesday on time both days and did and amazing job. The worker clean up all concrete you would never know they were there.I live in LaPlata had to get permission to widen the end of my driveway. You would never know that that they touch my driveway it look beautiful. I call several concrete companies in Charles county and these company were rude and took week to call me back. One companies I call still waiting for a call back. But thank to 7th State Builders, LLC I got the job done and excellent job. Due to a stroke I had the driveway widen to give me more freedom. "This company solved the problem of rain water flooding our garage. They regraded the grass and dirt around our backyard and the garage is bone dry even after a weekend of pouring rain. They were excellent. Their bid was thousands of dollars less than 2 other companies. I would highly recommend them. Professional and responsive."

"This is the second time that I have used S&S Waterproofing and Foundation Repair. The first time was to fix very large sink holes that were opening up in my front yard, apparently due to underground collapsed drainage piping. This time, when I contacted Steve I asked if they did retaining walls. Steve came to look at the job. I immediately expressed my concern with my limited budget, which Steve completely understood. He offered several options on how to complete the job within my budgetary constraints. We hired S&S Waterpoofing and Foundation Repair to do the job. During each phase of the job, Steve sent me photos of the job progression. He answered any questions that I had almost immediately via text message. Most importantly, he also made sure that my wife was onboard with anything that they were doing. Apparently he knows who controls the money and who the boss is! LOL! Additionally, during the job Steve identified issues with a previous contractors work and addressed those for me as well. Steve is very concerned with customer satisfaction, that is incredibly important to me and my wife! The end result was a beautiful retaining wall. The only thing better than the beauty of the wall is how well it works, drainage is completely handled with ease, even during bad rainstorms! When visitors come to the house, they all ask who built the new wall because it looks incredible! Thank you to Steve and his crew for doing such an amazing job! I am sure this is not the end of our relationship, I will be calling Steve for any of my construction needs in the future! Finally, I just wanted to say, I am the type of person that has anxiety with these types of situations, due to the cost issue, my personal lack of knowledge, and an inability to be able to see the end result before it's accomplished. "I can not say enough good things about East Coast Concrete!! From our initial meeting all the way through completion they have been responsive, diligent, and incredibly professional. Their crew and management make sure everything is done just right. After a significant leak that damaged much of the bathroom, we hoped to get it back at least somewhat close to the quality it was before. Instead, we ended up with a much better bathroom: just as nice looking but also much more waterproofed and easier to clean and maintain. All within the timeline that we required due to our work schedule. We will definitely use them for any future project that comes up, whether planned or unplanned!"

"The work they did was OK, if we had a small basement issue.  Unfortunately, we had a large issue.
However, there was really only one person doing 90% of the work.  The work he completed was satisfactory.  As for the other guys on the crew, they were either doing "go for" work or no work at all.  The one guy doing no work was supposedly doing "mold remediation."  He was just taking a sponge and wiping a wall.
The owner was knowledgeable, but not really hands on.  He would check on the work that the one guy did.
As I mentioned before, they didn't complete the job upon my request.
