Answered all our questions, explained everything very well and office staff was very polite and helpful. Rick Kelly managed the project and everything happened exactly as promised. The installer came right on time, he looked neat and clean and very polite. Went right to work while answering any additional questions, explained the install before drilling through the thick concrete garage walls and did a beautiful installation.
