Repaired quickly same day. An additional leak was also found on the city’s curbside of the meter due to recent change out to digital meter that was not installed correctly as valve and washers where not replaced. The real customer service was received by owner Danny who provided additional information being requested by insurance company as a claim was filed due to the water damaged caused by the concealed leak at slab/foundation level."

The estimates to get it replaced were high. I asked a total of five companies to submit bids, and most ignored my request and gave me bids on things I said I did not want. Also most sent out salesmen. Larry was the one company where the guy who was going to do the installation was the guy who showed up. I checked his background, and He has a great HVAC education, he came out in a truck that screamed “Hey I can do this right now”. Then He gave me a great price. Next he showed up on time and finished in one day. Then he cleaned up after himself. It went so well that I had him replace a second AC unit, in a rental I have in Ruskin. Both jobs on time under budget and done with high quality workmanship. I could not ask for a better HVAC guy. Now I just give him my tenet's phone number and he repaired the hot water heater instead of replacing it. So he set up the repair time for me (saving me a bunch of time), and did the work the next day, way under what I thought I was going to pay. Whats not to like? Would recommend him in a minute to my brother. Sounds like BS, but it's not. He is so good I just spent about 30 minutes writing this review, that got to tell you something."

"Johnny J. Doan was the only person that offered honest advice. My 14 year old water heater had the upper breaker "tripping" every other day. Early in the decision process, they quoted me a repair price (the lowest of the three I received) but recommended replacing the water heater. I took the advice of the "others", then had a "plumber friend" reach out and tell me that any repairs to my Kenmore would be a waste of money. I created a new project and have two appointments for estimates and water heater recommendations. Both vendors are coming to my condo and we are going to search for the best product for my budget.
