"We had to convert a tub/shower in a 1979 mobile home into a walk in shower for my husband. I had gotten a couple of quotes for tile but upon seeing the Onyxstone product's clean lines we decided the extra cost would be worth it. We are very happy with the results. This is a USA made to order product that had about a 5 week wait but the owner called every week with an update and it came in on time. .My husband and I are extremely happy with our choice of Hill Country Tub and Tile. Luckily, there were no unexpected problems like mold or leaking water so Mike and his helper were able to do the demolition and install in just one day. They even had enough battery operated lights and tools with them so they continue to work during a 1 hour KPUB electric outage. When they left, the bathroom was spotless and we are looking forward to trying it out tomorrow."

"We are so happy with our new shower, Tim was so nice and he was able to give us exactly what we wanted, he listened and was involved start to finish. Nick who installed the shower was such a hard working man. He didnâ t take a lunch break and worked late to make sure we had our shower done the day he started. When he was working he asked us questions and checked with us on what we wanted and it turned out amazing! We canâ t thank them enough, and when Tim came by to check on the work, he helped us move our bed and furniture in our room around to where we wanted it. What nice and great people! "Patriot Plumbing arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, provided a verbal estimate and began work all on the same day. They replaced the bath fixtures in the upstairs bathroom and a pipe that was leaking. Travis also installed a water heater overflow tank. They stuck to their estimate and completed the work in a timely manner, but did leave us with open holes in the drywall to dry out the water damage and later silicone the hatches in ourselves. The hole for the new access hatch was cut a bit too big, so we'll have to patch that with spackle ourselves."

"It went very well! Chuck was an absolute gem, was thorough, kind, and did an amazing job with the work he does. He doesn't leave any detail untouched and is willing to go above and beyond for the customer! Our tub ended up leaking and he came back, fixed the issue above what we asked, replaced the ceiling tile in the floor below where water had damaged it free of cost(even though it wasn't his fault it leaked), and always made sure we liked the final outcome on whatever he had built that day. I felt a man who truly CARES about his job and work place which is hard to come by now days! Definitely would hire again! ?"

"It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"High Plains came out to fix our drain pipe that had a j-hook that broke, so our pipes came undone under our sink! They came quick and fixed the issue! We were so thankful! The guys were great to work with and the owner Matt was fantastic!"
