They both work diligently to assess the blockage and clear it. It went further out than was expected. I can honestly say Josh and Paul worked very well together and we’re so into completing this mess. I sat there with them the whole time and they were so determined it was amazing to watch. I would definitely give this company a five star rating no problem. The job was more complex but they both remained calm and very confident and they were not leaving till that camera showed a clear passage. I needed a plumber to help with a 2 new bathroom addition project. The plumbing was the most critical part of the project, dictating the location and layout of the bathrooms. I interviewed a large number of plumbers. Some had a rough idea of what they would do, others said they would "figure it out on the job", and Curtis sent me detailed drawings and diagrams. That gave me peace of mind from the beginning of the project and allowed me to layout the bathrooms in the most efficient design. I chose Curtis because he was able to thoroughly explain what needed to be done, he offered me the right price for the project, and I could tell he would be easy to work with. I couldn't have been more satisfied. He installed new plumbing to the 2nd floor and a tub with shower head, toilet, and vanity in each bathroom. He also installed plumbing and a washer hookup in a new location and an ice line for the ice maker in the freezer. He was punctual, worked efficiently, and offered sage advice throughout the project. He was always easy to reach by text or call. And when I needed a pipe moved or fixture changed, Curtis would stop by the same day or the following day. You can't ask for a more dedicated plumber than that. I hope to have him on every job from now on."
