Not the case with this company. From our first conversation I could tell i was in good hands. Kevin sent someone the next day who arrived on time, wore a mask without me having to ask, and took his time to make sure he got to the root of the problem and that it did not leak. I had been really stressed out about this getting replaced as I was starting to think no one would be able to fix it. Equal Rooter did and in less than 24hrs from first contact! Price is probably not the cheapest but not exorbitant. I think it was fair for the work involved. I would use them again for any future plumbing issues."
