Any other roof estimates I got I had to scan a code or ask multiple times for license, insurance, references ect. not with John Scott roofing didn’t get the words out and Mr Scott is handing me copies of everything. Located all roof tie downs insuring 4 nails in ever clip. Tar sealed top of drip edge rarely done. Repaired damage to all corners of facia. Put new aluminum facia all around my home. Completely reroofed a large flat roof section double layered & installed a new tubular skylight. Great job on everything & great cleanup! All ways on time & passed all Inspections. Finishing on time! Very fairly priced & spared no details or did any sort cuts, this was all done weeks before last yearâ s September Hurricane. They came right away and replaced 6 ridge vents shingles & reinspected for any other damage. Found no problems. So satisfied with everything. Beside the ease of working with them"
