"So, I didn't want to get a fence but my dog jumped the one i had. I reluctantly called 3 companies for estimates. The prices were all right around the same. But Kyle at Fence Pros Direct was willing to work with me. Accommodating not only a quick start date but coming out 2x's for an estimate as the job changed from the original plans. I can not say enough good things about this company! Kyle my sale rep was very knowledgeable, easy to work with, professional and honest. Jhon and his crew installed the fence in just a few hours on a SATURDAY!!! They were very friendly, very through and very clean. I am so happy with this fence. If your on the fence about hiring this company (pun intended) - please know i am a tough person when it comes to contractors, i hold them to high standards. "Mr. Cardilli subcontracts his work out and oversaw the construction. He helped us figure out what to present to the insurance company so that the majority of the work done was eventually covered by our home owner's policy. He was in constant contact throughout the project. He helped us develop a plan that allowed us to remain in the house during construction except for the floor refinishing. This was an important factor for us. 
He remained in constant contact with us about the process, what we needed to do and by when. He checked in on the job daily either by phone or site.  The construction crew he hired was excellent. They were very thorough in their daily clean up of the house including little conveniences like plugging in alarm clocks and setting them to setting up our beds in other rooms during construction.  The painting crew was good, but work needed to be checked for thorough paint coverage. We found paint on bed spreads, curtains, and floor.  They did not clean up as well as the carpenters. The flooring crew completed their job within the given time frame and the work was excellent. All work was completed within the expected time line. 
This was the first time we have ever hired a contractor to do work for us. I will add a couple of things we learned in the process. If you want / need an itemized list of all work and materials used, put that expectation in the contract. Additionally request that any work beyond the agreed upon work is approved (cost) prior to starting the needed work. When the additional work is done, check the work and time required for labor to be sure it is accurate.
Overall this experience was a good one. The subcontractors were polite and pleasant to our family. Mr. Cardilli was attentive and responsive to all our emails and calls.

"These guys are the greatest! They saved us a lot of money! We had a dumpster before the bullbag and for 3 tons of material and a week rental of the dumpster it cost us $486! We own the bullbag now, had a full bag - 3.5 tons - picked up and it was only $229! We didn't have any rental charges, excess weight fees, or anything! These guys did everything they said they would! OMG! Everyone should use these guys!!!!! Also, I got the bullbag back! I never have to buy another one and its ready to use whenever I feel like doing a clean out or renovation."

They assigned different contractors to do the construction work. One of the contractors said that the job was too big and that they could not do it, which was fine. I respect that. The secretary stated that she would try to find other contractors to do the job. The owner came and walked through the house and we spoke about what needed to be done in the house. I did not feel confident in his contractor because he seemed that he did not know what he was doing. I wanted him to do one specific thing. The owner wanted to take down the whole wall. I just wanted to reopen a small section. I started to feel like they were pushing me. For those reasons I felt uncomfortable and did not go with them. The quote was detailed.

"The day before the fence installation, my wife and I went out for a couple hours after lunch to shop and do a few errands. As I was approaching my house, I instantly noticed that the old wood stockade fence was gone and the material for the new fence was neatly stacked next to my garage. It was if a Ninja fence crew waited for me to leave so they could swoop in to take away the old fence. LOL!!! The next day, a two man crew arrived at the appointed time and went right to work. The men were very hard working and friendly. If it were not for the gate and a couple holes they had to drill through concrete; the job would have been completed the first day. Before I decided to purchase the new fence I got three quotes. I found Untied Fence here and they were the fourth quote. United was 40 to 50% less than the other quotes. I asked if I could see a sample to the fence they sell. The owner stopped by my house and I was happy with what they offered. I am very happy with the quality and workmanship of the installation. I shudder to think that I almost paid up to 50% more for the same fence. I would not hesitate to recommend United Fence to anyone."

"Went absolutely fantastic. From start to finish Glenn and his team were right on target. From the preliminary planning stage to the determining of materials, layout and all the small visual details you could want through the drawing up of building plans. It moved quickly and efficiently. There was  never a moment i felt left out or not in touch with what was going on. 
Once construction started it went smoothly and quickly with no bumps just as agreed to and planned. In my profession as an Attorney legal documents are key. I must say the  way the estimate and contract documents are written up is a perfect combination that covers the customer and the contractor alike and covers all the details. They are very conscientious of leaving a minimal trace that they were ever there keeping things neat on a daily basis. All workers were very courteous and respectful.
This is also not the first time I have used North American Building. They have done  many projects around our property including an extensive addition several years ago. They work hard to give you as much bang for the buck as they can and are also a world of knowledge and always come up with design ideas you didn't even think of that are within the style and purpose you are trying to achieve. They were also able to create ways of doing things that I was told by others couldn't be done.  I will continue to recommend them and use them for whatever projects that arise in the future.

"Omar's crew showed up when expected and suggested a better/simpler lay-out than I was thinking, They completed the job in two sessions - posts. then mesh/finishing. I watched them work and they stayed at it all day working hard & making sure the post holes were the proper depth in my rocky soil. The 4ft black chain link looks nice and they did a good job of installing it with minimal gaps in the bottom along my uneven terrain. Price was reasonable, in line with the other quotes that I received. My only gripe (I would give another half star if I could) is while they did clean up after the job and took away debris they failed to rake away some small mesh, ties & post cut-off pieces. Not good for the mower so I ended up doing the raking myself. Overall still a nice job though."
