I was thinking it is going to be a 2 weeks project (schedule appointment for estimate, and schedule another appointment for work....etc). But April was so extremely helpful. He renovated the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting interior walls and trim throughout the unit and installing new shades throughout.
