"I see this company has not had a review in a while. my guess is that is because they go beyond if necessary to get the job done and done right. In my case the repairman called me back in a short time and came over in a few hours with the parts to repair my appliances. The disposal was repaired in a short time. However, the new motor for the dishwasher was broken. He reassured me he would order a new motor ASAP. He did and when he received it there were missing parts. At that point thru no fault of ABBA, I decided my 4 yr old top of the line Kenmore dishwasher was as mistake. Bought a Kitchenaid not so top of the line and installed it myself. So far so good. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
